Gallifrey Holdings, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, is the registered text-messaging brand for its products and operates the text-messaging programs described on this page. Every message names the Gallifrey Holdings product that sends it.
Document reminders. Sent to clients of the firms that use a Gallifrey Holdings product: reminders that documents are still needed, notices of secure messages, and account notifications. Sent only to people who have opted in.
Sign-in links. Sent to staff at subscribing firms who have turned on text sign-in for their own account: a one-time secure sign-in link, sent only when that person requests one. Never sent to firms’ clients.
For document reminders, the firm collects the client’s mobile number and express written consent at engagement intake. The consent language names the product sending the texts and the firm it sends them for, and states that message frequency varies, that message and data rates may apply, that replying STOP cancels and HELP brings help, and that consent is not a condition of purchase.
For sign-in links, opt-in happens in the user’s own authenticated Settings: the user adds a mobile number, ticks a consent box that is never pre-selected, and confirms possession of the number with a verification code. The consent language beside the phone field states that texts are sent only when the user requests a sign-in link, that message and data rates may apply, that replying STOP cancels and HELP brings help, and that consent is not a condition of purchase.
Reply STOP, CANCEL, QUIT, OPTOUT, UNSUBSCRIBE, STOPALL, REVOKE or END to any message to stop that program’s texts immediately. Reply HELP or INFO for help at any time.
Sign-in users can also remove their mobile number in Settings, which stops sign-in texts at once. Sign-in links always also go by email, so opting out never affects account access.
Reminder frequency varies with the documents a firm has requested. Sign-in texts are sent only on request, typically a few each month. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Mobile phone numbers and SMS messaging consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
